What fails on a pool or hot tub, and how it shows up
Most calls start with something small. The water line drops a little faster than evaporation explains, the pump is louder than it was in spring, or the heater runs and the water never warms. We do leak detection and repair, pump and filter repairs, heater repairs, and plumbing repairs on pipes and valves.
Surfaces wear too. Cracks, peeling plaster and damaged tile are the usual signs that a shell is due for attention, and we repair those as well. When the chemistry is the real culprit, cloudy water or a stubborn green tint that keeps returning, chemical balance testing is part of the same visit.
Water loss is the one to chase early. A leak that runs quietly for a season can undermine the ground under a pool deck, so a small drop is worth a phone call.

Warranty work, winterizing and keeping the repair from coming back
If your equipment came from one of our approved suppliers, we handle warranty work on their products and services: repairs tied to equipment malfunctions, material defects or installation concerns. Bring the problem to the showroom and we'll sort out what the warranty covers.
Winterization and opening keep a pool from paying for the seasons it sat idle, and regular maintenance packages catch drift in the water before it becomes a repair. Looking to freshen up the pool itself? Resurfacing, tiling and decorative elements are on the list too.
