Near, mid and far infrared, plus red light and color
Jacuzzi builds its infrared saunas around full-spectrum heat, meaning near, mid and far infrared. The side and back heaters are mica and carbon panels designed for low EMF, and an overhead red light therapy panel adds a second kind of light to the session.
The extras are what make a sauna something you use instead of something you own. Chromotherapy lighting and reading lights let you set the mood or bring a book. There's an upgraded sound system with a subwoofer, vibrational resonance therapy, and a digital keypad that keeps every setting within reach.

Picking a size starts with your outlet and your floor space
The three models are named for how many people they seat: the JS-1i for one, the JS-2i for two and the JS-3i for three. The deciding factor is usually electrical. The JS-1i runs on 120V with a NEMA 5-20 plug. The JS-2i and JS-3i are 240V, with NEMA 6-15 and NEMA 6-20 plugs. If the spot you have in mind doesn't have the right outlet, an electrician should look at it before delivery day.
Then measure. Two of the three interior dimensions stay the same across the line, 47 and 75 inches, and the first one grows from 42 to 51 to 71. The exteriors follow the same pattern, at 45, 54 and 74 inches on the first number, and 50 by 78 on the others. Weight matters for the floor too: 510, 610 and 710 pounds.
