True Water: nanobubble care, about 15 minutes a month
True Water is Jacuzzi's nanobubble water care system. It works with oxygen-filled nanobubbles that are 5,000 times smaller than a grain of sand, and the idea is simple: keep the water clean without leaning on heavy chemical dosing the way a traditional hot tub does.
The number most owners care about is time. Jacuzzi says you only need to spend about 15 minutes per month on care. That's a very different rhythm from the weekly dose-and-wait routine, and it's a big reason people ask about True Water when they walk through our showroom.

SmartTub: run the tub from your phone
SmartTub puts the controls in an app. From your phone you can change the temperature and settings remotely, set automated schedules so the water is warm when you want it, and get notifications and reminders. It also pairs with Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant and wearables, so you can ask for a warmer tub without leaving the couch.
A few modes do the thinking for you. Smart Heat Mode adjusts the temperature to your next planned use. Vacation Mode holds the tub back while you're away. And if a warm evening comes up on short notice, I Want to Soak Today lets you pick a wait of one to four hours and the tub heats to be ready.
Energy is part of the pitch, too. Jacuzzi's own models suggest customers may save up to 25%, which is the manufacturer's estimate and not a promise, since your usage, your tub and your electrical setup all change the result.
Chapter 03
What still needs checking every week
Better water care doesn't mean no water care. Test the water with strips once or twice a week, whatever system your tub uses. It takes a minute, and it's how you catch a problem while it's still small.
The rest of the routine is the same as any tub. Rinse the filter with a hose every two weeks, give it a deep overnight soak every two months, and replace it once a year. Plan to drain, clean and refill every three to four months.
