What a CPO certified pool cleaner does on a weekly visit
A weekly visit is more than dumping in a jug of chlorine. The cleaner tests the water, corrects what is out of range, skims the surface, brushes and vacuums, and empties the baskets that keep water moving through the pump. Then they look at the equipment, because a pool tells you a lot about its pump and filter if someone is paying attention.
We have CPO certified pool cleaners, which is the industry's certification for running pool chemistry and equipment safely. A trained cleaner looks for why the water turned, not just how to clear it this week.

What a steady schedule prevents
Pools rarely go bad all at once. Sanitizer runs low over a hot weekend, algae starts on a shaded wall, the filter works harder, and the next thing you notice is a repair bill. A regular visit breaks that chain early, which is why our plans are built around the results they protect: crystalline water, safety, algae prevention, extended equipment life, reduced repair costs and better energy efficiency.
Safety matters more than looks. Clear, balanced water is water you can see the bottom of, and that is the first thing a parent checks. Hot tubs get the same treatment, and the water in a small tub turns faster than a big pool does.

How to start a plan, and what it costs
We don't publish a price for weekly plans, because the right visit depends on the pool or tub. Call the showroom at (979) 693-8533, tell us what you have and where it is, and we'll go from there. Showroom hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The weekly visit, in the order it happens
- Test the water
- pH, sanitizer and alkalinity drift week to week, and the reading tells the cleaner what to add.
- Skim, brush and vacuum
- Leaves and debris come out before they break down, and brushing walls and steps keeps algae from taking hold.
- Empty the baskets
- Clogged skimmer and pump baskets starve the pump of water, which is how motors run hot.
- Look over the equipment
- A pump, filter or heater that sounds or reads wrong is easier to catch on a routine visit than after it fails.
Between visits, you can bring a sample to the counter any time and have the water tested, and if something has already gone wrong, our repair crew works out of the same showroom.
